Participants, organizers reflect on impact of Oglebay Institute School of Dance-sponsored program at Easterseals

Local business owners Dave and Laura Rotriga credit their employees and customers with supporting Easterseals through the annual sale.

Easterseals Board of Directors member Bobby Contraguerro Jr., vice president of Panhandle Cleaning and Restoration headquartered in Wheeling, is the second in his family to be honored by the festival. His father, Bob Sr., was chosen in 2014.

Easterseals Rehabilitation Center Board of Directors members Dave Rotriga and Rabbi Joshua Lief were recognized during Mayor Dennis Magruder's State of the City Address at Wheeling Park today.

The inclusive skating event for all ages and abilities is in its fifth year, organized by Easterseals Rehabilitation Center, Augusta Levy Behavioral Resources, the Wheeling Nailers and David George, with major support from Encova Foundation of West Virginia, Regional Economic Development Partnership, Oglebay Foundation and the Wheeling Park Commission.

Dr. David Mosman is the new medical director, and his wife, physician assistant Amanda Mosman, joins him at the Wheeling center to focus on behavioral and developmental disorders, such as ADHD and autism.
