Dr. David Mosman is a board-certified pediatrician with more than 25 years of experience providing compassionate, comprehensive care to children and families.
As Medical Director of Easterseals Rehabilitation Center, he leads multidisciplinary teams dedicated to expanding access to high-quality pediatric rehabilitation services across the Ohio Valley.
A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University’s Medical College of Virginia, Dr. Mosman completed his pediatric residency and served as Chief Resident at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia. During his distinguished military career, he led pediatric departments overseas and earned multiple Navy commendations for excellence in pediatric care and program development.
Since 2004, Dr. Mosman has served at WVU Medicine’s Wheeling Hospital, where he continues to provide both inpatient and outpatient care and mentors future clinicians.
Recognized by families and colleagues alike, he has received numerous honors, including Best Pediatrician in the Ohio Valley and the Deborah Doleski Allen Award for his commitment to improving the lives of children.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Mosman enjoys time with his large blended family, including children and grandchildren. He is an avid traveler, exploring both the United States and destinations abroad, and has participated in more than 16 international medical mission trips to Haiti and the Dominican Republic, focusing on care for children with disabilities.
